Frizzante / Sparkling Vino

	Prosecco Brut, Casa Sant’Orsola NV - Veneto, Italy - Light, crisp and fruity on the palate. Prosecco is a fantastic aperitif and an excellent match for light and delicate desserts.
	Pinot Grigio Cuvée Rosé, Casa Sant’Orsola NV - Veneto, Italy - Light Salmon pink in colour, with a combination of fruity flavours ranging from raspberry to peach. Excellent for pre-dinner drinks and receptions.

Champagne

	Roland Bauchet Brut NV - Our house champagne is from a small family grower. The Bauchet family have vineyards situated all around the Champagne region, which enables them to develop superb Non-Vintage wines through blends of the locations.
	Moutard ‘Cuvee 6 Cepages’ Brut NV - A champagne made from the 6 permitted grape varieties of the region. Most Champagnes include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir or Pinot Meunier, but this wine contains all 3 plus Pinot Blanc, Arbane and Petit Meslier.

	Vini Bianchi / White Wine
	Fattoria Bianco (Cortese/Arneis), Fratelli Casetta - Piemonte, Italy - A crisp, dry and green fruit flavoured white from Northern Italy, made up mostly of the white grape of Gavi di Gavi, Cortese.
	Frascati Superiore, Collezione Marchesini, 2007 - Lazio, Italy - A mouthful of tropical fruit flavours, with nice acidity and structure to accompany a range of foods. Made from the Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes.
	Pinot Grigio, Provincia Pavia, Marchesini, 2009 - Veneto, Italy - The wonderful peach and pear flavours that come from the Pinot Grigio grape have lead to it becoming the most popular wine in the UK.
	Gavi del Commune di Gavi, Fratelli Casetta, 2008 - Piemonte, Italy - A wine of incredible structure and finesse. Made from the Cortese grape and displaying a range of flavours from apple to citrus fruit with lovely long length.
	White Wine from around the World
	‘The Vista’ Sauvignon Blanc, Kemblefield, 2009 - Hawkes Bay, New Zealand - A wonderful white wine packed with the famous New Zealand characteristics of Gooseberry and tropical fruits. The Winemaker at Kemblefield developed his winemaking skills whilst working at the famous Cloudy Bay winery.
	White Wine from Europe
	Piesporter Michelsberg, Werger, 2008 - Germany - Medium sweet in style with tropical fruit flavours throughout.
	Petit Chablis, Armand de Corcy, 2009 - Chablis, France - 100% Chardonnay grape and totally un-oaked. A typical smooth Chablis, showing stone fruit flavours and balanced acidity- excellent with white meat.
	Sancerre, Domaine Naudet, 2008 (Award Winning Wine) - Loire Valley, France - 100% Sauvignon Blanc Grape and Winner of ‘Best Sancerre’ and ‘Best Dry White Wine from the Loire Valley’ at the International Wine Challenge.
	Vini Rosato / Rosé Wine
	Flamingo Bay Merlot Rosé , Darling Cellars, 2009 - West Coast, South-Africa - Deep red in colour with rich flavours of black fruits and red cherry.
	Apaltagua Gran Verano Carmenére Rosé, 2009 - Central Valley, Chile - A deep red colour with a lighter, delicate flavour of strawberries and raspberries.
	Pinot Grigio Rosé, Maresco, 2009 - Veneto, Italy - Light salmon pink in colour with a delicate balance of white peach and raspberry flavours. Excellent with a variety of dishes and for summer drinking.

	Montepulciano D’Abruzzo, Marchesini, 2008 - Abruzzi, Italy - A wonderful juicy red featuring a range of red fruit flavours including cherry and raspberry.
	Valpolicella, Casa Sant’Orsola, 2009 - Veneto, Italy - The perfect match for a light red sauce or pizza. Very light bodied and fruity.
	Barbera del Piemonte, Fratelli Casetta, 2008 - Piemonte, Italy - A medium bodied red wine, which has black fruit flavours and is wonderful with red meat.
	Valpolicella Classico ‘San Zeno’ Corte Alta, 2009 - Veneto, Italy - Medium Bodied style, which shows similar red fruit to the Orsola, but has more structure.
	Chianti Rufina, I Veroni DOCG, 2008 - Toscana, Italy - An Incredible wine made from 90% Sangiovese and 10% Canaiolo. The Chianti Rufina region is a small number of growers producing full bodied and spectacular wines.

	Amarone della Valpolicella ‘Camparol’ Corte Alta, 2006 - Veneto, Italy - A blend of the usual Valpolicella grapes- Corvina, Rondinella & Molinara, this wine has an intense flavour and is a very strong example of one of Italy’s best areas.
